SharedFit Kids
@ INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF BROOKLYN(ISB) AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
This kid’s fitness and wellness class has arrived from our need to find athletic development classes for our kids. We set out to teach foundational strength at a young age so kids know proper form and technique and develop a lifelong love for workouts as they grow older. A solid foundation of conditioning and strength, in my mind, will develop a long-term athlete. At the end of the day, are we not trying to be the best versions of ourselves?
The classes are geared toward 1st-8th graders, who want to have fun, but also get stronger.
Our goal is that your child will build more endurance, strength, and flexibility and improve their coordination. We want to help them develop skills that set them up for a lifetime of physical activity. In this day and age, sometimes it's difficult to convince children to get out of the house, put away their electronics, and make the effort to spend time with their peers. Our program teaches your children about getting fit in a fun and motivating environment. Our kids deserve to be happy and healthy. Classes will focus on strength, agility, speed, balance, and strength.
